Job Responsibilities:

1.Draft and review contracts,agreements and other legal documents;

2.Responsible for providing legal advisory services to organizations within the company;

3.Participate in the demonstration of the company's business/contract and give legal advice;

4.Responsible for reviewing legal documents and contracts in the company's daily operations and supervising the implementation of the contracts;

5.Assist in handling legal disputes/litigations;

6.Responsible for the organization of relevant company laws and regulations,and provide reasonable legal opinions.

job requirements:

1.College degree or above,major in law and journalism/Chinese/etc.,work experience is not limited,fresh graduates of law are welcome

2.Skilled in operating Office software;

3.Have a strong sense of responsibility,be able to withstand pressure,and have good professional qualities and ethics.
